It was a fun day on the set of 'Eclipse'. The scene: Jacob's garage. Both Kristen and Taylor were there. Although we saw Rob's car arrive, and can think of at least one scene were he would have been near Jacob's house, we can't 100% say he was there. Trailers were parked along the long narrow road that leads to the house. Unfortunately for us, by the time we got there the black screens were up, so all you could see was the crew walking around the production trailers, with their radios calling out when a scene was about to be filmed. A short time later we had to back up to the end of the street.. ahh well, it was fun while it lasted. At that point we settled on the ground next to the Production Assistant assigned to guard the entrance to the street. We then waited to try and catch a glimpse of the cast as they left. As it turned out, this was our lucky day. A few minutes after they officially wrapped, Kristen's car drove out. We caught a small glimpse of her in the back of the car, as she passed by us. She gave us a big smile and waved at fans. We thanked her. A few minutes later Taylor came out. We started recording his car passing by, but when he didn't roll down the window we stopped. A second later he did open the window, and said as he waved to fans: "Hey guys!, thanks for coming out.. appreciate it". He had the biggest smile on his face. Ugh.. and we missed recording it. But it was nice to see both Kristen and Taylor right after they finished their scene. Both were still in makeup and costume, and looked very good.
While we waited for the crew to break down so we could take pics of Jacob's house, we got another nice surprise. Summit once again gave away free stuff to fans on set. Second time they've done it during the filming of 'Eclipse'. Last time it was 'New Moon' posters, this time trading cards. Score.

Finally, gotta say this is a first from all the 'Twilight' sets we've visited. When we arrived on set we spotted a coyote hanging out by the road we were walking on. No biggie right?.. until we saw this big guy a little later. Yeah, that pretty much covers the crazy that is Twilight fans. We see A BEAR COMING TOWARDS US.. and we don't move. Hey, we weren't gonna miss our chance to see the stars leave.. :)
P.S. We found out the bear was after some blueberries that are in season in that area.. good, because we would have been easy prey.
